I’m Laura—a sound practitioner and vocalist.

Over time, my work has shifted toward supporting people in deep and often life-changing moments—where presence, trust, and intuition come together.

I work with women in labor, individuals in recovery, and individuals and groups who are moving through something emotionally or physically.

I use voice and gentle instrumentation to create a space where people can feel held and supported.

My work is always collaborative—whether that’s with the person receiving, or alongside other practitioners. I’m listening and responding to what’s needed in the moment.

This work is always evolving, and I’m continuing to follow where it leads.

If you are in a season of life where you feel I could be of support, please reach out. I’d love to be a part of your unfolding journey.

ABOUT ME

6R0A5871.jpg

In a world that can be quite noisy, it is sometimes difficult to hear what our body and spirit need. When sound is intentionally used to create space, there is an opportunity for insight to come forward, and healing to take place. Many of us have begun looking for ways to slow down, so that we can continue to fully show up and be present. We are journeying deeper into self remembrance so that we can delight in the full spectrum of what this human experience has to offer. Sound healing can be a great place to start, and a beautiful and familiar place to come back to.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
A sound bath is a meditative and relaxing experience where participants lie down or sit comfortably while sounds and vibrations from various instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes, are played in a therapeutic way to promote relaxation, healing, and a sense of well-being.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING A SOUND BATH?
During a sound bath session, you can expect to relax in a comfortable position, usually lying down. You may be led in a short guided meditation to help settle in. DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME?
You typically don't need to bring anything with you to a sound bath session, but you may want to bring a yoga mat to lie on, a blanket for comfort, and a pillow for your head if desired.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A SOUND BATH?
Sound baths offer a variety of benefits, including stress reduction, relaxation, improved sleep, and a greater sense of overall well-being.
