I'm Laura, a sound healing practitioner with a passion for music that spans over two decades. Ten years ago, I began a spiritual journey that led me to discover the profound power of sound. Through training with Ann Sensing in Nashville, TN, I gained a deep understanding of how sound can create shifts in the mind, body, and spirit.

Now, I assist clients in connecting with their inner wisdom using gentle instrumentation and intuitive melodies. Whether it's a one-on-one session or a group sound bath, witnessing breakthroughs and emotional releases in clients fills me with inspiration. This is my calling, and I'm grateful for the signs and experiences that have led me to this path. Let's begin this journey of healing and growth together!

ABOUT ME

In a world that can be quite noisy, it is sometimes difficult to hear what our body and spirit need. When sound is intentionally used to create space, there is an opportunity for insight to come forward, and healing to take place. Many of us have begun looking for ways to slow down, so that we can continue to fully show up and be present. We are journeying deeper into self remembrance so that we can delight in the full spectrum of what this human experience has to offer. Sound healing can be a great place to start, and a beautiful and familiar place to come back to.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
A sound bath is a meditative and relaxing experience where participants lie down or sit comfortably while sounds and vibrations from various instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes, are played in a therapeutic way to promote relaxation, healing, and a sense of well-being.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING A SOUND BATH?
During a sound bath session, you can expect to relax in a comfortable position, usually lying down. You may be led in a short guided meditation to help settle in. DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME?
You typically don't need to bring anything with you to a sound bath session, but you may want to bring a yoga mat to lie on, a blanket for comfort, and a pillow for your head if desired.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A SOUND BATH?
Sound baths offer a variety of benefits, including stress reduction, relaxation, improved sleep, and a greater sense of overall well-being.
